Meet the Assistant Principals

LuEva Collins

Greetings Mustangs,

I am excited about the new school year at Creekview High School!  This school year I will be serving on the leadership team as the 9th grade and 12th grade Assistant Principal. This is my 14th year in education. I have spent the past six years serving the students and staff of CFB at Newman Smith High School  and Creekview High School as an Assistant Principal.  Prior to joining Team CFB, I taught Chemistry at Mesquite High and John Tyler High School. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Grambling State University and my Master’s degree from Lamar University. I am looking forward to ensuring that all students and staff have a successful school year.

My name is Veronica Rolen and I am excited to  join the Creekview Administration team as the Assistant Principal for the 11th grade and 12th grade.  This is my 16th year in CFB as an educator.   I began my CFB career in 2005  and have worked as a math teacher, department manager and instructional facilitator at Dan F. Long Middle School and Instructional Math Coach for the District.  Prior to coming to Creekview I spent the last 4 years as an Assistant Principal at Barbara Bush Middle School.   I have a BA in Political Science from University of North Carolina at Wilmington, a Master’s in Public Administration from UT Arlington, and a Master’s in Education from TWU.  When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, usually on the soccer pitch.  My husband Anthony and I are the proud parents of 3 girls who are all CFB grads- Faith (23) who is a recent college grad from Southern Arkansas University, Kiara (19), and Lyndsey (18), both of whom are playing soccer at UT Tyler this year.
