Greetings Mustang Nation!

Thankyou for being a part of the Creekview High School family and community. We look forward to providing and exceptional education each day as our students are at the center of everything we do.

I am excited to help lead Creekview High School towards greatness. Every student adds value and pupose to our campus. My goal is to help them gain the knowledge and skill set to remain on that path through adulthood.

At Creekview High School, we set high goals and expectations while providing each student with the foundation to reach them.

It is a pleasure to be at your service.

Dear Creekview Families,

Hey, hey! Howdy! Hello! The 2021-2022 school year is here, y’all! Yahoo!

As we are thankfully on the upswing of the pandemic, we see the needs of students are greater than ever before. This has inspired my desire to further CFB excellence in a greater capacity with our high school scholars as they will soon graduate. This has never just been a job to me. I believe that teaching is a calling— to serve children and advocate for what is right. To help students grow and reach for the stars, to show kids that education can take them anywhere, this is important work. I am so grateful to CFBISD Superintendent, Dr. John E. Chapman, III, for his leadership and support of my pursuit to cultivate school leadership beyond the elementary level.

With this said, I have professionally graduated to high school! Yippee! I’m super excited to partner with you and our community to serve our Creekview Mustangs. Together we have the amazing opportunity to empower our scholars to positively impact and excel in a complex, interconnected, and ever-changing world.

I believe in the healthy emotional and intellectual development of our scholars so that our children can lead balanced, meaningful, and connected lives for “College, Career, & Beyond. Preparing each scholar for college readiness is a personal passion of mine as I am a product of “Prove what’s Possible.” Attending college was not expected of me from my humble beginnings, but I have proven what’s possible by earning dual Bachelor Degrees, a Master Degree, and a Superintendent Endorsement.

As your Creekview Class of 2024 Assistant Principal, I am proud to lead and am happy to be of any assistance to you or your child. I look forward to working with you all as we optimize outcomes this school year and enable our sweet students in realizing their full potential. “TOGETHER WE RISE!”

For Scholars,
Dawn Rink - Rustlin' Up Lifelong Learners

My name is Veronica Rolen and I am excited to  join the Creekview Administration team as the Assistant Principal for the  12th grade.  This is my 17th year in CFB as an educator.   I began my CFB career in 2005  and have worked as a math teacher, department manager and instructional facilitator at Dan F. Long Middle School and Instructional Math Coach for the District.  Prior to coming to Creekview I spent the last 4 years as an Assistant Principal at Barbara Bush Middle School.   I have a BA in Political Science from University of North Carolina at Wilmington, a Master’s in Public Administration from UT Arlington, and a Master’s in Education from TWU.  When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, usually on the soccer pitch.  My husband Anthony and I are the proud parents of 3 girls who are all CFB grads- Faith (24) who is a recent college grad from Southern Arkansas University, Kiara (20), and Lyndsey (19), both of whom are playing soccer at UT Tyler this year.

Mr. Anderson earned his bachelor’s degree in Education from Florida State University and began teaching and coaching immediately afterwards. He arrived in Texas in 1998 and worked in DeSoto before moving to CFB in the Spring of 2001. After teaching and coaching in CFB for 12 years, he began work on his master’s degree in Educational Administration at Texas Woman’s University. Upon completion of that degree, he began his administrative career at Ranchview High School from 2015-2018. After that he came to Creekview to become a MUSTANG!

He i has four children, ranging in age from 12 to 18. Time away from school is spent going to his children’s activities, hitting the gym and various adventure races, mountain biking, and traveling. Two of his favorite quotes are:

“You are not here to just hang out together. You are here to do something meaningful and produce something amazing together.” –Jon Gordon @jongordon11

“The past is your lesson. The present is your gift. The future is your motivation.” –Damon West @damonwest7
