Beginning of Year

All forms and signatures are through ParentSquare now. Please visit your school ParentSquare for more information.

Below are the steps that need to be completed at the start of the school year. Please follow each step carefully.

2021-2022 procedures will be different this year. Please read carefully.

1. Visit parentsquare and fill out all required signatures.

2. Fee Sheet: This year’s Fee Sheet will look different than normal. Fee sheet information will be coming to all parents soon. We are also working on a method for online payment. Parents will be notified.

3. Check your child’s canvas classroom to make sure your able to log in and view their work. Then double check on the WebEx and recording capabilities for online classroom if we have to resort to it at any point.

4. Private Lessons: The majority of our orchestra students at Creekview take private lessons either through the school program or with and outside teacher. This individual tutoring is highly encouraged for students of all levels and is a big part of Creekview Orchestra’s success.

   If you wish for your student to enroll in private lessons, please be sure to sign up by downloading the form and turning it in*Schedules for our in-school private instructors fill up quickly so please sign up at the beginning of the year!*

5. Only if you are using a school instrument: Complete the contract provided to your student at school. A $50 payment should be made to COBC via check.
