Creekview HS, Ranchview HS Added to Next Dallas County Promise Cohort

Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD has been a proud member of the Dallas County Promise coalition since 2018. We are excited to announce that in addition to Early College High School, Newman Smith High School, and R. L. Turner High School, the Dallas College Foundation voted to add Creekview High School and Ranchview High School to the next Promise cohort! Seniors from ALL CFBISD high schools (starting with this year’s junior class) will be eligible for the Promise scholarship starting in the 2022-2023 school year.

Dallas County Promise is a last-dollar scholarship that covers tuition (cost of classes) at partner colleges and offers dedicated student support. Promise students who are Texas residents and meet application deadlines are guaranteed to have their tuition covered at any Dallas College campus and some partner universities, regardless of income or high school GPA, including DACA and DREAM students. More information about the program and which colleges are included can be found at dallascountypromise.org or through the CFBISD College, Career and Military Readiness (CCMR) Department.
